I have been inspired to paint, for some reason. Don't know how it will turn out, but I will more than likely upload it on here after I am done. I guess we will see where it takes me.

I have gotten so many positive responses on here from all of you wonderful people that I have a favor to ask. A little 2-year-old girl, Venice Lampkins, was kidnapped by her father Sunday May 6th, at around 10:30am in Tulsa oklahoma. There is an event page here www.facebook.com/events/228406… on facebook that people can join to help spread the word. The news stations have already been contacted in oklahoma and colorado. Her father, Justin Lampkins, lived there for a time and also kidnapped another one of his children there in 2008. So he has done this before and he is to be considered armed and dangerous. I will be posting a picture of her and her father. He has friends in many places, including texas, colorado, pennsylvania, and probably more that we don't know about, so this is not just an oklahoma thing. They refuse to do an Amber Alert because she was not taken by a stranger, which is so stupid, I don't even want to go there.

Please, please, PLEASE take this seriously and keep an eye out for both of them. This little girl comes to the daycare that I work at and I take care of her every day that I work. It would mean the world to me to know that word is still being spread to bring Venice home safe and sound. I have even reached out to my family who attend church and asking them to please pray for her safe return, even though I myself don't believe that way. Please join the event on facebook (if you have an account) and keep Venice in your prayers and good thoughts.

Hello out there. First off, I want to thank all of you who have given me encouragement over the past few days. It definitely makes me want to take more photos! My hubby and I have decided to do a full series on the elements, so you all can look forward to more pics soon.

Oh, and as for my last journal entry, that was my hubby because I forgot to log out on his computer, lol. Silly husband. I would also like to thank my hubby for coming to my rescue when someone was being a asshole with a heaping side of douche-baggery on one of my photos. I love you, baby!

Ok, enough with the mushy stuff, let's get down to business. If anyone has any ideas on shots for our elements gallery, please feel free to send me a note. Seeing as how you all have been so nice to me, I might feel inclined to take some requests.

My husband is sooooo awesome!  He takes care of things around the house while I'm at work.  He's also an amazing dad.  I may work at a daycare all the time, but there's times where his parenting skills leave me breathless.  He's also a kick ass cook because he's going to find a recipe on the Internet to make some shitty flounder taste better than the pizza we had last night.  There's no way my short, little legs can get me up in the attic and do all the upper organization stuff that he does with such grace and efficiency.  Such a Renaissance man, a Roman God!

Mmmm!  The house smells like sage.  I'll have to thank him for that later tonight by offering my body for him to take and crush with his love.  Oooh... his manly love... sometimes it's really hard for me to concentrate on anything else when the thought of that pops into my head.

Ok, so I have had this account for about a year and I feel kinda dumb for letting it just sit here this long with out really doing anything with it. So, I have decided to 1) start taking pics again, and 2) do more than just favorite other people's artwork. I need to let my creative energy flow, I guess.
